Budleigh Salterton Baptist Church is a small but immensely welcoming and friendly group of Christians meeting in this delightful seaside town and seeking to share the love, grace, and mercy of God that is made known in Jesus and is made present by the Holy Spirit. Our worship, though structured, is informal and accessible and we try to blend a range of musical styles and expressions of prayer and praise. The reading of Scripture and biblical preaching hold a central place within our worship and, once a month, our worship reaches its climax in the sharing of Holy Communion. Though drawn mainly from the older section of the local population we welcome all ages and provide activities for children during the latter part of the morning service. We meet for worship each Sunday morning at 10.30 and again on Tuesday mornings for prayer at 10.00 – each meeting is followed by tea and coffee in the church hall.

Budleigh Salterton is a small and relatively unspoilt seaside town in East Devon, east of the estuary of the Exe and nestling by the mouth of the picturesque River Otter. The town boasts a traditional High Street with tea and coffee shops and ice cream parlours.
